To start with
Sweet potato and coconut soup (V)
Crispy duck spring roll with barbecue sauce
Fillet of mackerel served with white chocolate, horseradish and beetroot
Goats’ cheese, fig and onion tart (V)

Main courses
Hand cut sirloin steak with parsnip purée, wilted spinach, dauphinoise potato served with red wine jus
Cornfed chicken, potato rosti and baby vegetables served with wild mushroom sauce
Oven roasted salt cod served with cauliflower purée, curried cod tortellini and wilted spinach
Wild mushroom risotto, fried leeks, truffle oil, parmesan cheese shavings (V)

All main course choices served with seasonal vegetables on the side

Dark chocolate pudding, chocolate soil and malted cream
Hazelnut and cinnamon cheesecake, served with toasted hazelnuts and salted caramel icecream
Champagne and raspberry posset, shortbread
Strawberry and sweet wine Gelées served with candied pistachios
